Hello, my name is Sue Sullivan and I am the owner/director of Keystone Homecare. I spent my early career with several local homecare agencies focusing on nurse and staff recruiting. This experience allowed me to use my social work credentials to help families find the right caregiver to help their loved one to remain at home. Arranging for the right caregiver for someone who is frail or comprised is critical to their continued independence. As I became more involved with the issues surrounding home care I knew I could make a difference and realized the best way to do that was to open my own business.
In 2002, Keystone Homecare opened its doors in Natick and began to build its reputation as a privately owned licensed Homecare Agency. As the business grew, Keystone opened an office in Stow where we continue to be known as the premier Homecare & Private Duty Nursing Agency in MetroWest and Central Massachusetts, offering affordable solutions with a dedicated team of health care professionals.

We carefully screen only those individuals who exhibit the spirit and attitude necessary to effectively help our clients. We require a background in home care and experience backed by at least three professional references. All employees must have active licenses in MA and they are not assigned to any case until their state criminal history background and motor vehicle history is checked, received and approved.
Keystone Employs our Caregivers
Keystone Homecare directly employs our caregivers. All our employees are fully insured. We carry Professional Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, and General Liability Insurance.
